These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and Eropa4D (hereinafter "eropa4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at eropa4d.cam.

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the eropa4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, or policies referenced herein or published separately on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of eropa4d following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

To register and maintain an active account on eropa4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Eropa4D strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You have not been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from eropa4d or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of eropa4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your location.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order issued by eropa4d or any responsible gambling organisation.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the eropa4d platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout your membership. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Information that is false, misleading, or materially incomplete may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all pending transactions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Eropa4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, eropa4d is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable KYC obligations. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Eropa4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin), and credit or debit card. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods; specific minimums may vary by method. Eropa4D does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts during standard business hours are typically processed within the same business day. Eropa4D reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Eropa4D assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits between initiation and confirmation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by eropa4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the bonus amount received. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage. Specific contribution rates are published with each bonus offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Eropa4D reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a technical error or miscalculation in bonus terms.

6.4 Birthday & Loyalty Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are awarded automatically to eligible verified accounts based on the date of birth recorded during KYC verification. Loyalty tier bonuses are calculated based on cumulative net wagering activity during the relevant calendar period and credited at the discretion of eropa4d's VIP team. All such bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All casino games available on the eropa4d platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software sourced from established gaming providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for all slot titles is available within the individual game information panel. Eropa4D does not alter or adjust RNG outcomes and accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or odds.

Sports betting markets are offered based on live data feeds from established sports data providers. Eropa4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by obvious errors in the odds, suspended markets, or events where the result was determined prior to the bet being placed. In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; eropa4d bears no liability for delays between live event developments and bet acceptance confirmations.

Bets placed that result in manifest errors — including but not limited to incorrect odds due to technical fault, incorrect market descriptions, or data feed failures — may be voided at eropa4d's absolute discretion. Any winnings arising from such manifest errors will not be paid and will be removed from the account balance.

Live dealer games are hosted by third-party studio providers. The rules governing each live dealer game are those specified within the game interface itself. Eropa4D accepts no liability for service interruptions, disconnections, or errors originating from the third-party studio provider's infrastructure, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from such events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eropa4d platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform other than through its standard user interface.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or system, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game format where such collusion provides an unfair advantage, including poker and live casino formats.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform's administrative backend without authorisation.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward eropa4d staff or other players via any support or community channel.

All content displayed on the eropa4d platform — including but not limited to the eropa4d name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of eropa4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of eropa4d. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use, and this licence may be revoked at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eropa4d, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Eropa4D does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause service interruptions for which eropa4d accepts no liability beyond the refund of funds directly involved in affected pending transactions.

In all circumstances where eropa4d is found to be liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability of eropa4d to you shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

Eropa4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Minimum Age: Eropa4D strictly enforces a minimum gambling age of 21 years. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your eropa4d account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure within 5 business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by Eropa4D

Eropa4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or where required by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Eropa4D reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of MYR 10 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

Eropa4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the eropa4d platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eropa4d holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with eropa4d through our internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected]. We commit to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

Malaysian users are reminded that their legal position regarding online gambling is governed by Malaysian law, including but not limited to the Betting Act 1953 and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953.
